Samir Karameh is the Founder of Karameh & Partners and one of the Firm's most experienced legal practitioners. A graduate of Beirut Arab University, he has dedicated decades to the practice of law, building a reputation for excellence in litigation, dispute resolution, criminal law, real estate matters, and lease-related legal affairs.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Karameh has represented individuals, corporations, municipalities, and institutions before Lebanese courts and public authorities, handling a wide range of complex disputes and high-stakes legal matters. His extensive courtroom experience and deep understanding of Lebanese legal practice have enabled him to successfully manage cases involving civil and commercial disputes, criminal proceedings, property rights, real estate transactions, lease negotiations, and conflict resolution.

Dr. Syrina Karameh is a Senior Partner at Karameh & Partners and a qualified lawyer with over 12 years of legal practice. She holds a PhD in Civil Procedure, with a focus on procedural integrity and the efficiency of judicial processes, as well as a Master's degree in Arbitration.

Her practice focuses on complex legal matters requiring advanced analytical and strategic expertise, particularly in dispute resolution, commercial and corporate law, and high-level legal structuring. She advises companies on corporate matters, including structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance, and provides strategic legal support across a wide range of business activities.

Dr. Karameh has developed strong expertise in handling complex succession cases in Lebanon, including sensitive inheritance matters involving multiple parties, intricate legal structures, and dispute management. She also advises extensively on real estate matters, including property acquisitions, parceling, registration, and complex real estate disputes.

Her work further extends to international law and cross-border legal matters, where she advises on cases involving multiple jurisdictions and institutional frameworks.

Nour Karameh is a Partner at Karameh & Partners and leads the Firm's GCC Practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from La Sagesse University and an LL.M. through an international dual-degree program conducted between France and Scotland, providing her with a strong international and comparative legal background.

Nour advises clients on corporate and commercial matters throughout the Gulf region, with a particular focus on company formation, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions. She regularly assists businesses expanding into the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman, guiding them through complex legal and regulatory frameworks.

She has developed particular expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and corporate agreements, ensuring that clients' commercial interests are protected while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Her practice also includes advising on corporate restructurings, joint ventures, shareholders' arrangements, and strategic business transactions.

Nour has advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions, assisting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation, documentation, and completion. Maher Al Ahmadieh is a seasoned legal practitioner with more than 11 years of experience advising and representing clients across a diverse range of legal matters. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master's degree in Law from the Lebanese University.

His practice encompasses litigation, corporate and commercial law, criminal law, administrative law, and real estate disputes. Maher regularly represents clients before Lebanese courts and public authorities and is known for his strategic approach to complex legal challenges.

In addition to his legal practice, he is a founding member of the Cultural and Social Forum of the Jurd Aley Region, reflecting his commitment to public service and community development.

Rida Karameh oversees administrative procedures and real estate-related operations before public authorities and regulatory bodies throughout Lebanon. He has extensive practical experience managing property transactions, registrations, cadastral matters, and administrative filings.

His work includes coordinating title transfers, parceling procedures, property registrations, municipal follow-up, and interactions with land registries and governmental authorities. His hands-on expertise helps ensure the efficient completion of real estate and corporate transactions.
