History, vision, and scope of practice

Karameh & Partners is a Lebanon-based firm built on a long-standing legal practice originally established by Founder & Managing Partner Samir Karameh in 1996. Over the years, the firm has evolved into a modern, cross-border practice through the active involvement of his daughters, Dr. Syrina Karameh, Nour Karameh, and Qamar Karameh, who have joined and contributed to the firm's development, expanding the firm's scope and capabilities across litigation, corporate, and cross-border advisory. Today, the firm serves clients in Lebanon and across the Gulf region, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar through affiliated structures and regional operations. The firm provides comprehensive legal services across a wide range of practice areas, including corporate and commercial law, real estate, litigation, personal status and family law, as well as civil and criminal matters. It also delivers strategic legal advisory on business models, contractual frameworks, memoranda of understanding, and cross-border transactions, in addition to handling matters involving international and institutional frameworks, including those related to the United Nations system.

Karameh & Partners has developed recognized expertise in succession and inheritance matters in Lebanon, particularly complex cases requiring advanced legal structuring, coordination among multiple stakeholders, and dispute management.
